Here at Fusion, we have been helping hotels transform their bedrooms into idyllic accommodation space with Room In A Box. The Room In A Box project has been designed to help hoteliers refurbish, decorate and deep clean their bedrooms. All projects are completed within a budget, timescale and with little disruption to your business. All elements of Room In A Box are carried out by industry professionals whilst being completely project managed by us.
PAINTING AND DECORATING
Volume & National Coverage
We have the resources and ability to complete any size project. We minimize the time, disruption and cost to your business through set timescales.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces, walls, ceilings, skirting boards, architrave and wood areas checked for imperfections and prepared for painting.
Painting
All walls and ceilings are given two coats of high-grade commercial paint to maintain the best quality and finish.
Woodwork
All skirting boards and architrave will receive 2 coats of high-grade commercial gloss or satin for the best resistance and finish.
CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Pre-Treatment
We treat all carpeted areas using targeted detergents depending on material and condition.
Deep Clean Treatment
We apply hot water to the pre-treated carpets whilst shampooing and cleaning the fibres. This simultaneously extracts any dirt and germs leaving the carpets looking clean.
Sanitiser and Odour Neutraliser
All carpets are treated with an application of scented deodouriser
and sanitiser leaving your carpets smelling fresh.

Site Visit to Hotel
A visit arranged at your convenience to understand your vision and the budget you need to work within.
Understanding Specific Needs
No two hotels will be the same. This conversation will set the scene in relation to bedroom furniture, finishings, painting and decorating, and carpet cleaning requirements.
Full Site Survey
We take measurements of all bedrooms to be fitted out. A survey of the hotels access and parking will be assessed to ensure smooth installation.
Initial Room Layouts and Bedroom Furniture
To discuss the indicative bedroom layout and furniture proposal, and to assess if further requirements and services are needed for completion of the project.
Finishes Meeting
Meeting to discuss all fabric, furniture, and paint finishes to ensure we hit the required look and feel.
Placement of Order
Final sign off, of requirements, followed by placement of order.
Delivery and Installation
Working to a detailed program provided to the hotel to ensure that installation and works run smoothly and to dates required.
Aftercare Service
We see the award of a project as the start of a partnership with your hotel. We remain in contact to react quickly to any additional support required.
